Having broadband issues and found @VodafoneUK have removed all the phone options to talk to someone and replaced it with a chat app 😭 they are so slow with it. The worst thing they could have done.

Just spent 23 minutes on the phone to @VodafoneUK to try and sort out the horrible mess they've made of my account, only to be told the only way to sort it out is to drive to the nearest store with two forms of ID and stand in line with a bunch of other people waiting to be seen

@VodafoneUK I cannot seem to get data/4G to work on my phone at all, it’s showing 4G, normally with 0 or 1 Bar, but nothing loads, can’t do speed test, nothing, no reported issues either, so I don’t know what’s wrong

@VodafoneUK so you have pretty much no regard for current customers. Looking to upgrade my broadband and you want to charge me MORE than you would a new customer. Despite my having mobile, second sim and broadband with you? Obviously WANT me to look elsewhere. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻😒
