Your financial well-being

  • Base pay

    Your base pay is determined by your job, unique skills, impact and career progression and is tailored to the market where you work and live.

  • Bonuses

    Our bonus programs recognize you for your achievements and contributions to our business. Depending on your role and location, you may be eligible for one or more bonuses.

  • 401(k) match and savings plan

    You can immediately contribute and, after you meet eligibility requirements, we’ll match your contributions dollar for dollar up to 6% of your contributions.

  • Employee share purchase plan (ESPP)

    The ESPP enables you to buy shares at a 15% discount. You can contribute up to 10% of your pay towards the purchase of Accenture shares (up to a maximum contribution of US $7,500). Eligible employees (up to and including level 5) can enroll in the ESPP.

  • Performance equity

    Performance equity awards are given to people at levels 6 and above to reward, recognize, and retain our highest performing individuals, and recognize significant career milestones.

  • Voluntary Equity Investment Program (VEIP)

    The VEIP enables eligible Leaders to purchase Accenture shares monthly and receive a 50% Restricted Share Unit (RSU) matching grant at the end of the program year.

  • Financial education

    You’ll get access to a personalized financial education platform for you and your family.

PTO encompasses traditional vacation time along with paid sick leave; days vary based on level and tenure from 13 to 27 per year.
