@AllentownJ @GetSpectrum This seems to be their MO whether on the phone or in the store. That is one of the reasons why I went with Verizon this time around because of their customer service staff, for high prices, intermittent WiFi and cable that always freezes as a bundle is not worth it.

. @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum is terrible. I’m in the city of Buffalo so they’re my ONLY option for internet. They keep sending me “deals” but it’s always the same crap. I have DirecTV Now, and Spectrum is not even close to their level. And $9.99 to install a cable box MYSELF!

@GetSpectrum Spectrum has been charging my bill $24.99 for the past 2 months for TV Streaming. Called to get a refund as we didn’t authorize this. Wouldn’t refund whole amount. Now onto the public service commission

I haven’t said it in awhile, but easily the worst customer service and business model goes to @GetSpectrum. It goes above and beyond to disappoint like no other company. A landslide victory once again.

@jessfraz when i worked at TWC we hit an odd issue with setup boxes in one of our hubs sites after we did some network changes. the boxes were not able to talk to the QPSK's (edge devices) anymore. Because it was taking too many hops from the controller to the QPSK. We were over by one hop

@Ask_Spectrum I continually have issues with your internet and the app, but the last few weeks I can only watch the app for about 2-3 minutes before it freezes and the only way to solve it is to change channels. Deleting the app/restarting appletv does NOT work!

@Roku @RokuSupport Just bought a #Roku TV. Love the movie choices & I use the #Spectrum app to access my cable channels. Problem is I have to use up/down arrows to change the channel. Are there any Roku devices that have a numbered key pad? What about voice remote. @Ask_Spectrum

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum For the love of God- please change the default show on the spectrum app? Ridiculousness is the most annoying & obnoxious show. Something calmer & more pleasing to the ears. Not to mention the hosts laugh is awful.

@janet_jack_me @LouSportsLover @Ask_Spectrum FWIW I have Spectrum in 4 locations currently, 3 previous, including downtown, east side, Shelbyville, and Indiana, and have never experienced what you are describing. I've had my issues, but if I stay after them they have always fixed it. Intermittent outages are unacceptable.
