@Xfinity I tried everything including closing the app and safari. I’m sure it’s some feature that wasn’t accounted for during development, I was just stating that the QA department or UX probably needs to do a little better. Also doesn’t really explain the outage messiness today.

@comcastcares It was bad enough you took Cinemax off your premium package. It's absolutely outrageous that you're removing Starz. Power and Outlander and other great shows you're taking away from long-term customers. Another reason to consider switching services.

@comcastcares I’ve been put through the ringer today trying this ridiculous self-setup. I’ve been redirected to a number that told me to download the app. The app tells me to upgrade my service. Troubleshooting tells me I have to pay $44/mo more them to get my new service up.
