Just make sure to stir it occasionally so it all stays together in a creamy cheesy pool of goodness. This queso dip with meat is ah-mazing!

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Beef browned
- 8 slices Bacon cooked and cut into pieces
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese cut into cubes
- 15 oz Chili with no beans we used Hormel
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 2 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 2-4 teaspoon Chili Powder depending on how spicy you like it

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in crock pot and stir
Cook on low for 2 hours, stir around 1 hour in
Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

If you haven't tried this recipe, you have to. It's so good. I brought my crock pot to work for a party, with the rest already premade. My office ate it all during the lunch hour. There wasn't any leftovers. They asked me to make it again soon.

This is so similar to the Skillet Queso from Friday's that we not make at home very frequently. I love that you added the ground beef and bacon. Can't wait to try it. I think the same suits, it's perfect!
