Pompet:Middenin het Noorderpark in Amsterdam Noord (inderdaad, een van de haltes van de Noord/Zuidlijn) vind je Pompet. Een topspot voor een borrel met vrienden, een romantische date of een middag met kids. Het terras is ruim dus in de zomer de perfecte plek als het zonnetje schijnt, al is het binnen ook goed toeven. En o-ja: ze hebben ook een jeu de boules-baan!

Dignita Hoftuin: Ben je ook zo’n fan van Dignita op de Koninginneweg? Dan zal Dignita Hoftuin je al helemaal bevallen! In de Hoftuin in het centrum van de stad vind je deze prachtlocatie waarvan de meeste mensen geen weet van hebben. De tuin achter museum De Hermitage is de uitgelezen plek voor een ontbijt, brunch of lunch, zoals we die van Dignita kennen, maar ook binnen (in de glazen serre!) kan je je geluk niet op.

Vondelpark 3: In een lijstje met restaurants in een groene omgeving in Amsterdam mag Vondelpark 3 natuurlijk niet ontbreken. Het statige restaurant ligt ter hoogte van de Eerste Constantijn Huygensstraat en kijkt uit over de bomen en grasvelden van ons favoriete park.

De Kas: We blijven bij parken, maar verkassen (pun intended) naar het Oosten van de stad. In het even mooie Park Frankendael vind je instituut De Kas, waarbij je letterlijk dineert in een… kas. Dagelijks plukken de chefs hun kruiden en planten uit eigen tuin en vind je de mooiste eetbare kunstwerkjes op je bord.

Merkelbach: Tot slot restaurant Merkelbach dat aan de andere kant van Park Frankendael ligt. Het imposante gebouw oogt als een kasteel en bevindt zich in het koetshuis van het 18e-eeuwse Huize Frankendael. Eigenaar Geert is nauw betrokken bij de Slow Food beweging en dat zie je dan ook terug in de kaart. Eet volgens de seizoenen met duurzaam geproduceerde en regionale producten.
