Is zipForm Plus free? ›

This software is available to you, as a member benefit, at no cost. Your membership includes online access to Transactions (zipForms® Edition) plus zipForm® Mobile.

Nonmember software base prices: $239.00 zipForm without Authentisign. $299.00 zipForm with Authentisign.

zipForm^® Standard can help you speed up the process by sharing data between all documents related to the same transaction – simply fill out one form and the information is auto-populated into all of the remaining forms required to complete your transaction.

All NAR members in good standing will be able to access the Transactions (zipForm Edition) software and forms specific to their area through a secure designated website. Visit www.realtor.org/forms to learn more.

Add Input Fields

Inside the <form> element, create input fields for username and password: Use the <input> tag with the type attribute set to “text” for username. Use the <input> tag with the type attribute set to “password” for password. Add clear labels for each input field using the <label> tag.

The select template popup opens and displays a list of available templates. Check any templates that you need, and click Apply. The template is applied to the transaction. Any folders, documents, forms, placeholders, checklists, and/or tasks in the template are added to the transaction.

How do I create a folder in Zipforms? ›

In the navigation bar, click Add folder. The Create New Folder popup opens. Type a name for the folder that clearly indicates the intended use of the folder in the available field and click OK. The folder is added to the template.

ZIP is a common file format that's used to compress one or more files together into a single location. This reduces file size and makes it easier to transport or store. A recipient can unzip (or extract) a ZIP file after transport and use the file in the original format.

On your computer, go to Gmail. Enter your Google Account email or phone number and password. If information is already filled in and you have to sign in to a different account, click Use another account.

To do this, users need to select the dropdown arrow in the upper right of the zipForm Transaction, then choose "Send to Other System" and select "Send to DocuSign Rooms". Users will need to enter their DocuSign Rooms credentials and select the appropriate DocuSign Room to link to.
