What is the auto return function on par 40maa? ›

The Auto-Return function automatically resets the setpoint temperature back to the original setting after a specified period of time has elapsed, thereby preventing unnecessarily overcooling/overheating the space. The Auto-Return activation time can be set in 10-minute units, between 30 and 120 minutes.

Press the MODE button and select heating which is represented by the (sun) symbol. Press the (down) and (up) buttons to adjust the desired temperature. We recommend 18–22°C for a comfortable environment. If you prefer your home on the warmer side then we suggest 22°C.
