Frequently Asked Questions
We work with a company called Deel to issue trader agreements and process withdrawals. Upon passing your assessment phase with us, you will receive an email from our partner Deel with details on how to access and complete your trader agreement.Once this agreement is completed and signed, and your ‘Know You Customer (KYC)’ documents have been provided, your funded account will be created, funded and your account details issued to you typically within 72 hours, although this may take longer in some circumstances. If your country does not allow Deel we will manually send the contract via DocuSign / Email.

You can see the trading hours for each product by right-clicking on any product in the Market Watch window of the PurpleTrading 4 platform and selecting Specifications from the dropdown menu.Please note that holidays can have an impact on available trading hours.

For the initial payout, traders have the option to request a profit withdrawal after 14 days of being funded. Subsequently, withdrawals can be made at regular intervals of every two weeks.
