Thunder Chicken by Revival

Revival is known for smoked meats and Texas barbecue, but this summer they're branching out to chicken tenders and sandwiches. Get a chicken tender basket with mustard slaw and thunder chicken sauce, or try the chicken tender sandwich on a potato bun. Don't skip the cheese curds, which are made with Indeed Mexican Honey beer batter, and the street corn fritters topped with thunder chicken sauce, cotija and tajin.

Serving up from-scratch sandwiches (think catfish and sweet potato po’boys, kimchi hot dogs, and classic French dips) along with hand cut fries and seasonal caramel corn, this local favorite often sells out of their homestyle menu. Inspired by Southern California surfing communities, Turbo Taco isn’t your average street taco. Expect Baja-style beer-battered fish tacos, crab cake tacos, marinated grilled shrimp tacos. A spinoff of the North Loop restaurant known for its epic burger, this food truck does one thing, but they do it very, very well. You can get “The Burger” — a juicy patty made of ground chuck, ribeye, and brisket on an egg bun — and hand-cut french fries. Yes, it’s a $16 burger. Yes, it’s worth it.

The first Salvadorian food truck in Minnesota, the woman-run and operated Que Tal is all about tradition and family. Every meal is a chance to share authentic Salvadorian food made from family recipes. Enjoy a wide variety of traditional pupusas—a griddle cake made with cornmeal or rice flour and filled with everything from vegan cheese and refried beans to beef brisket and Mexican chiles—plus carne asada nachos, fried yucca, and freshly made chips.

The menu at Muddy Tiger features Marathi cuisine, influenced by the state of Maharashtra from the western region of India. These bold flavors focus on ingredients of grains, legumes, vegetables, dairy products, and spices with loads of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. While chef-owner Jyotiee Kistner rotates the menu constantly, some favorites include Vada Pav, a spiced potato patty fried and topped with sweet-spicy and chunky peanut chutneys on a bun, the Pav Bhaji (also known as the "Indian Sloppy Joe"), and Kheema Pav, a spiced lamb hash served on a butter-grilled New England style roll. Be sure to wash it all down with a seasonal lassi, chai, or Indian soda!

Potter's Pasties & Pies serves up classic Cornish pasties stuffed with huge portions of vegetables and meat—think minced beef and potatoes, Thai veggies in red curry, chicken pot pie, braised pork with apples, and Sicilian sausage.
