Get ready for The Home Depot Memorial Day Sale! Find huge savings on refrigerators and other appliances, outdoor living accessories like patio furniture and grills, and outdoor power equipment to keep your lawn and landscaping beautiful. Check it out online or in-store between May 16th and May 27th, 2024.
Does my local Home Depot still offer Kids Workshops?
Yes, the 21St South store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These in-store events are free and take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am–noon. Registration for kids workshops is now available online and secures your spot at the event. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Included in the kits are all necessary craft materials, as well as instructions, stickers, an apron pin, a certificate of achievement, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Kits may be ordered online at our Kids Projects Activities page or picked up in-store if you prefer to participate in the workshop from home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to check the availability of the kits.
How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?
Gift cards to The Home Depot are a popular present for any special occasion or during the holiday season. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to give and to receive. They can be purchased online at homedepot.com or in our stores. If you're a recipient, you can visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you or check your gift card balance online. Does The Home Depot 21St South offer Curbside Pickup?
Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with The Home Depot App.
Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when shopping eligible Store Pickup items. We will let you know via text message or email when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.
Picking up your Curbside Order:
1.Download The Home Depot App.
2.Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" text message or email to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3.When you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space. It's usually located near the front of the store.
4.Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5.We will bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

Great customer service
At this store I was greeted with kindness and every one of the employees that I spoke to was helpful but most importantly there was a gentleman with a beard and a beanie On I018 where all the power tools are at and he was very helpful and took the time to explain something to me that helped me with my purchase. I was making a spendy purchase... So I am grateful for that interaction because it really helped me in the end.

Great store. Subpar employees
Little lady I'm plumbing acted like I was making stuff up when I asked if they moved there flushometers. She didn't know what I was talking about and when we found them she said with adittude (that's a water closet)
