  I highly recommend this gym and have even done soto family and friends. Always clean throughout, plenty ofamenities and friendly/supportive members.

  Any issues tomachines orequipment I’ve found tobe fixed bythe next day orcommunicated well with anETA.

  Current ownership isinvolved and supports their members and community.I.e. Curling team and Cuzzy’s5k. They are always looking for members opinions tohelp improve and offer asmuch asthey can tomeet members’ needs.

  I signed upfor amembership online and contacted the Chaska location. Just ashort while later, the owner took the time out ofhis busy day tocome meet meat the gym togive methe access card. Both ofthe new owners were very friendly and professional and got back tome quickly. The customer service isoutstanding. Igot atour ofthe gym and itwas very clean, nicely air conditioned, and they had agreat selection ofequipment touse. Iam very excited tostarted. Ihighly recommend this location!… – show

  Terrible service. Been trying tocancel via phone, email, text, and Jill will not respond. She told meshe had personal issues going onand couldn’t help meat this point and continues tocharge mewhen Ihave asked tocancel for the past 27days. She also turned myaccount back onafter afreeze without telling mecharging me$64per month for 3months without mypermission. Worst owner ever, not good atall!

  Jill isa great trainer. Her previous profession asa rehab nurse helped mywife work through her lower back pain. She ishard-core, but all ofher clients get results, including mywife!

  The owner and management are very friendly and approachable. The listen toideas from members about improvements and put the ones inplace that work. Ihave been here for many years and have enjoyed watching the gym grow insize and members.
