A new Snickerdoodle creation!! -just in time for fall baking! I added a little pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice to my Mom's classic snickerdoodle recipe and baked them up into cute little Pumpkin "Doodle" Cookie Cups." I topped them with some luscious Cream Cheese Frosting and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar! (Make sure to see my tips for forming the cookie cups and for releasing the cookies from the mini-muffin pan. Fluffy Overnight Cinnamon Rolls
These cinnamon rolls rise overnight in the refrigerator. This dough is rich with butter, milk, an egg and egg yolks – reminds me of tender and rich brioche dough. I always spread the warm rolls with a simple icing the melts, coats the rolls and slips into all the cinnamon swirls. Sometimes I make a simple butter, powdered sugar and milk icing, sometimes I make one with cream cheese – either way, they’re delicious!

Cinnamon Pie
A custard based pie, with a texture similar to pumpkin pie – that’s flavored with a healthy dose of cinnamon. It’s delicious at room temperature or chilled from the refrigerator. I highly recommend serving with a nice dollop of fresh whipped cream!

Make Ahead Whipped Cream (Stabilized)
You can stabilize whipped cream by adding a little instant pudding mix to the heavy cream. It will help to keep your whipped cream from weeping and deflating – so you can whip it up to a day in advance! This recipe also makes a great whipped cream frosting and I use as a substitute for Cool Whip.

Cranberry Orange Scones
These Cranberry Orange Scones are a little crispy on the edges, but moist, tender and bursting with orange and cranberry flavor on the inside! I like to brush them with heavy cream and sprinkle with sparkling sugar. Adds a nice sparkle and crunch – and makes it possible to easily reheat – I think scones are best served warm! These are perfect for all your fall and winter holiday breakfasts, brunches and to enjoy with your favorite warm beverage! If desired, you can drizzle them with a simple orange glaze.
