"This is not for the store in general not really about the employees either , but I reserved a spot on line and when I arrive like clockwork there is people parked in those spots but unlike normal where pilot helps this will not maybe it’s just when I was here but the manger said they didn’t have maintenance personal so I had to go somewhere else but they would be happy to refund me my money back . Well some of us out of hours and get play hop and skip to other places !"

"Cartersville, GA is a nightmare for truckers. If you are unfortunate enough to deliver or pickup from the close by brewery, you are screwed. This truck stop in itself isn't bad inside. It's the parking lot that makes this place a business to avoid. It's practically full 24/7, but if you do find a spot, even the most seasoned trucker will have trouble getting into it. Add in all the RVs and pickup trucks towing lawnmower carts and you're pretty much out of luck. Across the street, there is a TA that is no better. If at all possible, just go through Cartersville without stopping."

"Yeah, another pilot that does not do its job. As a professional driver. The truckstops are meant for semi trucks and that means truck and trailer. Bobtail are supposed to have bobtail parking and if not, they can park up to three to a space. These parking lots are not for people with their personal vehicles. Pulling a little lawnmower trailer they’re not for recreational vehicles, unless you’re going to sit there and pay a reserve a spot free parking is for the semi truck drivers and then if that runs out Meeting it’s full of semi trucks then reserved parking. Another issue they have here as they tell you no you have to park in a parking spot and then you get forced to pay $20 which is robbery for overnight parking. I had called to ask if I was out-of-the-way if I could park anywhere they said no and that anybody that was would be moved or guess what woke up this morning and the whole parking lot has trucks parked everywhere. Which means I could’ve parked for free out-of-the-way. They are supposed to have a lot attendant that makes these people move. If you come in and there’s an RV in TRUCK spot, it’s free there’s supposed to make them move. We have the right to sleep there we go by a clock the RV people do not."

"They building itself as extremely clean inside McDonald's, and the rest of the facilities are nice, however, the fuel island is to completely untotally disgusting. All you have to do is look at the pictures hurt below. They told last week it was a mess. I tried to be polite. They did nothing to clean it up."

"Store is not a bad size and very clean with a beer cave.They have a good size fountain drink are and coffee area with the Bean to cup coffee stations.They have a subway inside along with a newly renovated McDonald's for food options.Staff is friendly and professional.Restrooms are very clean.Truck parking lot is okay, could use some work but have been to far worse."
