Why won't Verizon let me into my account? ›

Check the spelling of your username and password. You can tap the eye icon next to the password to check your password in plain text. If you are a first-time user, contact your administrator to make sure that your account is set up properly with the ELD Compliant and Mobile access options enabled.

Why is the bill to account option not appearing for me? The bill to account option appears only if your account and transaction are eligible. View eligibility requirements and eligible transactions.

To turn off Call Forwarding from your mobile phone, call *73. You should hear a confirmation tone or message that may sound like a busy signal to let you know Call Forwarding has been turned off.

After 60 days, we will automatically remove the lock unless the device is deemed stolen or purchased fraudulently. Following the 60 day lock period following device purchase, we do not lock our phones at any time.

Once you're ready to resume your service, log into My Verizon. From the "Account" drop down menu, under "My Devices", select Suspend or reconnect. You'll see a "Service suspended" label on any line that is currently suspended. Select the line that you would like to reconnect and click Select Device.

The Account Owner can add Account Managers to the Verizon wireless account: Visit the Account Management page in My Verizon or contact Customer Service after the account has been open for more than 7 days. In My Verizon, fill in the person's name, email address and mobile number. Choose Add Account Manager.

If your account balance is past due $25 or more when you applied for device payment, you'll need to pay off all balances in full to become eligible.
