It's good tohave facilities like this asan option tohospitals. The staff were professional, however mywait time was alittle long. Iwould use there office again.

The nurse Jalisa was very gentle every test that meand mykids have taken inthe past she makes itseem like abreeze,She isamazing and Iwould give her areference anytime!The other staff were very nice aswell!

I always come tothis ModernMD location. They are kind, efficient and professional. The wait isnot too long orthey let you know how long itwillbe. The nurses and Dr’s are amazing. They never rush through your visit. They ask alot ifquestions and ask ifyou have questions. Ialways receive top care. Myentire family comes here.

Used tobe myfavorite place tobe seen atin aurgent matter but now when Igo for emergency reasons they turn you away and tell you totext anumber last time Iwent aguy told meI can’t beseen and totext anumber and come back later Icould literally die but they don’t care plus when you try ata later time say like 3or 4pm the wait list don’t even beavailable tojoin Imliterally gonna sue this place

I Iwas there today only tofind out they donot take walk ins even though itsay inbold letters Walk inMD.I was given anumber totext join after that Iwaited for 2hours before mydaughter was able tosee aDoctor and most ofthe waiting was done outside onthe streets since you can't sit inside before they calledyou.But the girls atthe front desk was very polite.

You have tobe placed onthe waitlist before visiting this office and ifyou show upmore than 30minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will becancelled Just alittle expectation management here. Ishowed uplate afew times after Ireceived myappointed text. One time 5minutes late. They will remove you from the wait list and you will have toshow upanotherday. The staff isvery nice and proficient.

The wait time was abit unexpected. After filling out the form tojoin the line and seeing 8people ahead ofme for acovid test, Iwas surprised tohave towait alittle over anhour. When isgot into the testing room toget tested ittook less than 5minutes tocomplete the test. IfModernMD isdoing alot ofbusiness with covid test, then dedicate astaff toconduct covid tests. This will get customers inand out quickly.
