What is the grading scale at Liberty University? ›

Undergraduate associate and bachelor level students who earn 12 or more GPA hours with a term GPA of 3.50 or above are placed on the Dean's List.

Students who begin attendance, but then cease progressing toward the completion of the course will be assigned a grade of “FN.” If the student receives all FN's in a sub-term, the student will be subject to the Unofficial Withdrawal Procedure which includes the reduction and/or return of all financial aid.

Master's-level graduate students are considered to be full-time when enrolled in nine or more hours per semester. Post-graduate and doctoral students are considered full-time with a semester load of six or more semester hours.
