"Wen I hear di big sound I say wetin dey happun, I kon see say di two-storey building don collapse and students dey inside dey write exam, we run go dia to see wetin dey happun, but we no really know wetin to do in di first place, I no even know how to take call dem [ emergency services], no tools to work wit, wey get to wait bifor goment pipo begin come."
