I think the key to cooking with hearts of palm noodles is to make sure you're serving it with a sauce with a lot of delicious flavors on its own. The palmini vegetable pasta takes on the taste of whatever you're serving it with.

Hearts of palm pasta and palmini noodles are the SAME THING, they're just often called by different names because the Palmini BRAND of hearts of palm pasta has become synonymous with their name. We've tried both of these brands and both are seriously delicious, it's easier for us to find the Trader Joe's variety since it's just down the street from us but Palmini is available at many grocery stores and they're sold online too.
