Call (800) 969-1940 to reach Cash App by phone. If you're having trouble signing in to your Cash App account to check your balance, you can call Cash App support for help.[1] A support representative will be able to help you check your balance as well as regain access to your account during normal support hours, which are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 7 PM EST.
- Unlike the ease of calling your bank to get your checking account balance, calling Cash App support is not the best or most efficient way to check your balance. You should really try to use the mobile app or mobile website before calling.
