About EvermoreEvermore Orlando Resort is an innovative 1,100-acre resort adjacent to Walt Disney World® featuring centrally owned upscale and upsized vacation rental homes, flats & villas, a luxury Conrad hotel, 36 holes of world-class Jack Nicklaus golf, and a massive 20-acre tropical beach complex around Evermore Bay, our 8-acre crystalline water amenity by Crystal Lagoons®. The surrounding beach areas feature zero-entry swim areas, bars, cabanas, private firepits, a lively food hall & gourmet market, a casual dining restaurant, and an event Boathouse that will provide a picture-perfect backdrop for weddings, banquets, and corporate meetings. Evermore is building a team that will bring these experiences to life and is seeking individuals who want the challenge of building this exciting resort experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and design print and digital materials.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite software and work with a wide variety of media.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop design concepts.
• Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and images, that showcase the resort's unique offerings.
• Participate in the editing and proofreading of marketing materials including retouching and manipulating images.
• Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting emails, creating templates, and tracking campaign performance.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the resort's website, ensuring content accuracy and user-friendliness.
• Collect and analyze data to identify consumer trends.

Education, Skills, And Experience

• Preferred current graduate school with a focus in Graphic Design, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, program preferred (enrolled or graduate)
• Graphic Design major preferred
• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
• Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Canva, and Illustrator
• Strong creative skills
• Compelling portfolio of graphic design work
• Experience with email creation platforms like mail chimp
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Capable of performing role in a busy work environment.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; people person with the ability to interact with a wide range of individuals.
• Outstanding organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Business, Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Creative thinking and a passion for marketing.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality and resort industry is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 15 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
• Able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time.
• Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
• Visually look at a computer for extended periods.
• Repetitive hand motions, such as typing.
