Made for you

All examination forms are practically oriented, standardised and structured logically. Conventional treatment procedures, the customary routine and sequence of examinations and the consistently identical designations of organs, regions and findings in each form make it easy to start using structured and standardised documentation. Each examination form can be individually adapted for each department and user. Individual blocks can be shown or hidden, and the font colour and size of important examinations and findings can be changed for better visibility, making it possible to use the same examination form for routine examinations in day-to-day operations and for detailed examinations by specialists.

Examples

easyVET offers simple examination forms, such as the clinical full-day examination or vital signs, as well as many detailed examination forms, such as the lameness examination or dental examination forms for dogs, cats and horses. More than 80 general, further and special examination forms for small animals, horses and livestock are available. Simply configure the program settings to choose which ones you want to use in your day-to-day work. Our examples show you the examination forms exactly as they are displayed in the index card and medical history, but with the findings filled in. You will always see what is truly interesting. What’s more, everything remains easy to use and understand despite the wide range of options.

Find out which dogs had a positive tibia compression test on their left hind legs and worsening lameness over a period of months in no time flat. Or see which patients only had lower lacrimal points, making it impossible to flush the nasolacrimal ducts. Or see how many horses showed signs of residual cross-over lameness to other limbs after an MPA. All evaluations can be easily exported for further analyses or presentations.

Full automated examination history

The tabular and graphical examination history that can be shown by animal, case and treatment are the absolute highlight of our examination forms. Once set, you can automatically view all vital heart parameters and examination results in a table, along with the date and time of the examination, as well as clear, easy-to-interpret diagrams for patients with cardiovascular problems. During dental examinations, you will always have the findings of all previous dental examinations available right away. You can also view all essential vital signs for intensive-care patients, which you enter every two hours. And the best part is, you do not have to do a single thing. New results are automatically added to tables and diagrams as soon as you select the patient.
