I went to Diamond 2 weeks ago. I did not realize they they had xhanged ownership. I had a pedicure first. The guy doing the pedicure kept insisting that I get Gel, because they can charge you $15.00 more. I wanted regular because the Gel has not stayed on my toes, but I got it anyway. We were regular clients at another nail salon that was sold and the quality just wasn’t the same anymore. Fast forward a bit and we found our way to this salon and we haven’t gone anywhere else in a year! Why would we? Everyone is kind, professional, and the shop itself is exceptionally clean.I personally see Casey every 2 weeks for a fill and she’s ABSOLUTELY the best! Friendly, professional, great to talk to, and does an absolutely excellent job! She also makes the best suggestions and I know my nails are gonna look amazing when I leave. Horrible experience. 2.5 hours getting these nails done. Mis-cut, uneven, bleeding due to filing (that happens sometimes), had to pay extra $5 for the shape which was botched… but the issue was 1 week later they are all chipped! Extremely disappointed- especially for $70 incl tip.
