Really good food and service was fantastic! We tried quite a few bits from the menu but our favourites was the Haddock and the Mielle Feuille. The suggested 2/3 dishes per person and encourage to share, the dishes vary in size with some smaller than others so try not to over order and you can always order more. We had 7 dishes and 3 gin and tonics and the bill came to about €120.
On 16th of December two friends and I decided to eat here after a day of walking around in Utrecht. We were quite early for dinner but that was fine since the restaurant was near to empty. It took a certain 10 to 15 minutes before anyone came to our table with a menu, this while the place was empty. Only after ordering our drinks they explained how the menu worked with the small dishes. Which is something I do recommend doing it before. All my friends and I are not that big eaters so that wasn't a problem. Both my friend and I ordered the flank steak which was almost completely raw. When a young man finally came to our table to ask if everything was to our liking, I explained I love my stake red but this was definitely not okay. The guy just responded with : 'oh..' and slowly walked away from the table. All of us used to work in restaurants so we were baffled when nothing was done with my answer. Even a cup of coffee would have made it a better experience. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone else. The price, service and quality just don't match up.
Great food, lovely wines and the right price point for it.. friendly service but the kitchen was incredibly slow to the point of us cancelling a dessert as part of their set menu as it got too late. Other courses excellent

Know before you go
- Visit during weekdays or less crowded times to avoid potential noise issues mentioned by reviewers
- Consider asking about how the menu works before ordering to understand the shared dining concept better
- Try popular dishes like flank steak (if cooked properly), sweet potato fries, platter with various items (changes per table), Haddock, Mielle Feuille, short rib paired with South African wine
- Be prepared for smaller portions but flavorful dishes that may require ordering multiple plates per person if you have a bigger appetite

Reviewers highlight the specially composed dishes, attractive interior design, presence of a terrace, and the variety of options for vegetarians. I certainly won't come here again. After tea-confusion the waitress refused to change the type of tea because I opened the package and told me "if I get a new one I will bill it" --> she risked customer statisfaction over a 0.25 € (or even less) packet of tea and hot water!!!
Gezellige sfeer in t leukste eetstraatje van Utrecht. Alle gerechten waren heerlijk. Binnenkort aanstaande 7 september 2022 gaat het restaurant gelukkig weer open.(Translated by Google)Cozy atmosphere in the nicest food street in Utrecht. All dishes were delicious. Fortunately, the restaurant will open again soon on September 7, 2022.
