𝒟ℯ𝓊𝓉𝓈𝒸𝒽ℯ 𝒱ℯ𝓇𝓈𝒾ℴ𝓃 𝒾𝓂 1. 𝒦ℴ𝓂𝓂ℯ𝓃𝓉𝒶𝓇 Christmas Countdown Book Inspiration December 5thThe greatest compliment I've ever received, "You write like Doris Lessing!""Have you ever thought about writing a book?" This morning I moved this dream the last time an acquaintance had a text read to her by me. She asked me, as so many others had before. As a 7-year-old, when I dreamed of becoming a writer, there was nothing but that dream. Likewise, when a man circling the periphery of my commitment horizon expressed that it totally bugged him that all the women he met wanted to write books. His star in the partnership sky crashed back directly over the flat edge of my world disk into the primordial 𝘐𝘵 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘮𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘰 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘮𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘐 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘥𝘰. She saw the whole oft he moon.

This is not just another certificate to pin on the wall. (Even though, I wanted this for my wall to deviate from a feeling of lack). This is a multi-brain integration tool that gives complexity a bad name. Simplicity can only be achieved when understanding matters deeply. Wow, what a light-hearted and thorough tool for my somatic tool-box. Works light a charm.

If we would live in should-land, this might become true. In If-Land, however, the attitude of the manager is all that matters. (lived experience)

𝒟ℯ𝓊𝓉𝓈𝒸𝒽ℯ 𝒱ℯ𝓇𝓈𝒾ℴ𝓃 𝒾𝓃 𝒦ℴ𝓂𝓂ℯ𝓃𝓉𝒶𝓇ℯ𝓃Christmas Countdown Don't spoil the child! Children need to realize very early on how hard life is so that they can cope with it later!Phew. So many people still believe that a mother's bodily closeness to her baby leads to dependency and spoiling, and that children become more dependent as a result.𝘞𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯 𝘢𝘴 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘹𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘰𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮. How many people live their own be-ing? How many people are truly connected to themselves and the earth? How many people are in search of happiness lost?in 1996, the pregnancy of a friend brought me closely into contact with all the thoughts and worries that can accompany such a life event. Literally every book she read, I read as well. Even today I rejoice in women who offer their children a safe, warm, tender, continuous contact. Giving their infants shelter and support and bodily closeness, simply because that is the path to healthy, strong, independent, connected adults. The book behind today's door is called "In Search of Happiness Lost." The author is Jean Liedloff. #christmas #reparenting #books #happiness

𝒟ℯ𝓊𝓉𝓈𝒸𝒽ℯ 𝒱ℯ𝓇𝓈𝒾ℴ𝓃 𝒾𝓂 1. 𝒦ℴ𝓂𝓂ℯ𝓃𝓉𝒶𝓇Christmas Countdown with Book Stories - December 4.Yesterday evening a book called to me that I regularly stash away. One page and it's enough. The dog-eared pages that mark the relevant pages for me in my books, invited me to find my current version of understanding. The dog-ear triangle on page 61 revealed:𝖶𝗁𝖾𝗇 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝖻𝗅𝖾𝗌𝗌 𝗈𝗋 𝖿𝗈𝗋𝗀𝗂𝗏𝖾 𝗌𝗈𝗆𝖾𝗈𝗇𝖾 𝖼𝗁𝖺𝗅𝗅𝖾𝗇𝗀𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗒𝗈𝗎, 𝗒𝗈𝗎 𝖺𝗋𝖾 𝖻𝗅𝖾𝗌𝗌𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗒𝗈𝗎𝗋𝗌𝖾𝗅𝖿 𝖺𝗇𝖽 𝖿𝗈𝗋𝗀𝗂𝗏𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗒𝗈𝗎𝗋𝗌𝖾𝗅𝖿 𝖿𝗈𝗋 𝗆𝗂𝗌𝗍𝖺𝗄𝖾𝗇𝗅𝗒 𝖼𝗋𝖾𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗍 𝗌𝗂𝗍𝗎𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗈𝗇.Two weeks ago I messaged an acquaintance I had treated shabbily one day. I wrote to her stating exactly in what way I had realized my disservice to her. Also, I wrote to her that I would like to apologize by inviting her to dinner at a restaurant of her choice and make sure to reveal how I made sure this would not happen again. She agreed. I had not expected that - and was all the more pleased about it.Also yesterday, a relative left a message on my answering machine. I hadn't seen him since 2002. Domestic violence and all that crap. I had asked him not to contact me again for at least 30 years.Aside from the fact that apologizing doesn't mean saying, "Sorry. I was a jerk," when it comes to domestic violence. A sincere apology involves making amends. Changed behaviour is fine as well.Asking, "What can I do to make it possible for you to have a new relationship with me?" would be a start. Instead, I was told that everything has an expiration date. With relatives anyway.𝘍𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴 is 𝘨𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵. I can 𝙨𝙚𝙚 𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙙. 𝒟ℯ𝓊𝓉𝓈𝒸𝒽ℯ 𝒱ℯ𝓇𝓈𝒾ℴ𝓃 𝒾𝓂 1. 𝒦ℴ𝓂𝓂ℯ𝓃𝓉𝒶𝓇Christmas Book Stories' Countdown December 3. "Sand chafes the stomach!" My grandpa used to like to say that, whenever something ground between my teeth while I was eating and mee'd. As a rule, I hoard up life stories like a plugged bathtub hoards water. I love to feel people's inner worlds. I love following people's well-sorted, meandering insights and musings. At my own pace. It's good to be able to put aside the book of someone with whom I've been intimately close for a few pages - because that's how I feel about it. To take it up again later. To let new impulses flow into me and to encounter ideas from a different point of view. Yesterday I picked up a book again that had blinked at me out of the corner of its pages. It called to me from its place on top of the sideboard. The page I opened intuitively brought me back to the point where years ago I would have liked to shout at the author: You're wrong! That's not true. His thoughts were stuck in a judgment, which drove him into a spiritual duality. If I have been working in the garden and then want to bake a cake, washing my hands is not a ritual of fear. It is common sense. The soil on my fingers is not a gift for my cake. Grandpa and Eric, I don't see it that way. The book is "Reconnection." The author is Eric Pearl and my grandpa's name was Johannes.

𝒟ℯ𝓊𝓉𝓈𝒸𝒽ℯ 𝒱ℯ𝓇𝓈𝒾ℴ𝓃 𝒾𝓂 1. ℬℯ𝒾𝓉𝓇𝒶ℊToday, I reveal the 2nd book/door in my Christmas Countdown calendar. As yesterday, it is an autobiography that made me change my ways. In 2013, life was treating me through some chronic conditions that I couldn't seem to unhinge from. All the cogs and wheels I had already turned, all the considerations about what I had encountered in my life, all the understanding in my head could only rationally explain, classify and explain it over and over again....None of it brought me into a balance that was worth living for. The western medicine available to me, only suggested"incurable" or "fight symptoms". This is not sustainable, I suggest. In particular, side effects showed me that in the long run, the suppression of symptoms, did not give me what I longed for.A formula from a book, a few words coupled with an innocent opening to the possibility that there is and needs to be something greater to my path of healing, led me to a path less traveled. I wrote these words speaking to me on a small piece of paper. Every day I connected with this prayer, not as a request, but I gave myself permission, that somehow Source/God/the universe would guide me.More and more I surrendered to what was. Accepted it. Allowed it. Conceptualized it as a part of me that I didn't love.𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘺𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘺 𝘎𝘰𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘔𝘪𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘦𝘭, 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘈𝘳𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘭. 𝒢ℯ𝓇𝓂𝒶𝓃 𝒱ℯ𝓇𝓈𝒾ℴ𝓃 𝒷ℯ𝓁ℴ𝓌Hohoho, here comes my Christmas countdown book calendar.Experiences.InsightsImpulses.Imagination.Joy.Sensations.Feelings.Emotions.Every day, you can read here what a certain book has moved in me.These are not book recommendations as you know them. They are not recommendations at all. The same book can bring light to you and questions to me. The same book can annoy you and give me the impulse to reflect on my life. The same letters in the same sequence can bore me and make you dream. The contents of a book are written on the back. There are also pages on the internet that give abridged version of the contents.𝗛𝗼𝘄𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿, 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗲 𝗴𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿.
