The young lady atthe front desk isvery rude. Patients need tobe treated with respect and kindness when seeking health care soit isa red flag tohave such rudeness atthe front desk

The 3rd time being here and I’m appalled bythe lack ofcompassion and the willingness ofthe doctors I’ve seen. After being told byafter care that they advise meto come inthe office doesn’t know what I’m there for when arriving the test results Ialready have were given tome the further testing Iwas told that was needed byafter care reading amessage from the city mdthemselves was never done the doctor left the door open and pretty sure hedisclosed mepersonal information tohis colleagues and for that reason alone iswhy I’m writing this review Iwould love for someone toreach out because this was 1of the most embarrassing things I’ve experienced this.– show

The nurse told meto leave while mychild gets examined. Also, Ihad the nerve toask mychild-a, five y/o, ifI cango, which she has noidea what she agreesto, nor isshe capable ofmaking decisions. Itold the her-the nurse Iwas not leaving. Ihad never had this issue with adoctor/or nurse before. She left the room tospeak toher supervisor and said Icould stay. Ido not know what her intentions were, but I’m skeptical, and parents, please learn from myexperience with these nurses/and doctors– show

I’ve been there about three times and every experience has been different. Went infor back pain the first time. Basically told that the back pain was expected because ofmy work. Awork that I’d been doing for 3years atthat point. Gave mea note and aprescription for amuscle relaxant the equivalent ofa Tylenol. Went back for aFlu Shot and was inand out within 20minutes, the staff was pleasant and area was clean. The third time Iwent infor Pneumonia, was treated like Ihad aregular cold and was sent home. Went toanother CityMD downtown the same day and was tested and told that Ihad Pneumonia. The staff onthat day were abit dismissive starting with the folks atthe desk, the doctor wasn’t any better, she acted like Iwas there towaste her time.– show
