Leylines outside of the Horn of Maguuma will not work; this includes the loop in Nyedra Surrounds. Also the ley-line that starts northeast of Beacon of Ages Waypoint — An easy way to get 30 continuous Ley-line is in Bastion of Strength with Ley-Loom, open it and stand close to it.
