My darling husband is currently working hard to lose weight by following a Keto diet. Having yummy keto sweet treats like keto oreos or low carb fudge is what has helped him be most successful with his weight loss, plus he finds it easy to follow!

The hardest part of switching to Keto is giving up delicious snacks and treats, especially Keto Christmas cookies. But really, you don’t have to!! I love that you can still enjoy low carb cookies all year round, but in particular during the holidays.

By following a mostly meat and fat diet and then rewarding himself with an occasional Keto Christmas treat or low carb party snack has made all the difference around the holidays, in particular. He’s lost over 30 pounds so far, which is incredible! I’m so proud of him.
